Behavior Code:

WonderWorks is a learning community based on mutual respect. Participants will be treated with compassionate kindness as unique individuals, and they are expected to reciprocate this to all the other children and adults in the program. On the first day of camp participants will develop agreements about safety, nonviolence, careful communication, and integrity. I understand and agree that children and/or parents who are not following the agreements will be asked to leave the program and no refund is provided in this case.

Waiver and Release:

I grant permission to the staff of the WonderWorks to act on my behalf for my child in granting permission for evaluation/treatment of minor medical problems. I understand that should a major medical problem arise, an attempt will be made to notify me by telephone. In the event I cannot be reached, I hereby give my consent to such medical treatment as deemed necessary by a licensed physician and accept responsibility for any and all costs of emergency care. I understand that participation in an outdoor day camp involves risks of injury or even death. In exchange for participation in the program, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless WonderWorks, its employees and agents for any claim which may arise from traveling to, participating in and returning from the camp or may arise hereafter from participation in the camp.
